TalentMinted is an IT recruitment agency. This page explains what data we process, why we process it, and how you can contact us about your privacy rights.
Who we are
TalentMinted supports startups and growing teams hiring across the EU, wider Europe, and selected searches in the USA.

TalentMinted is a project name and brand, not a registered company or registered sole proprietorship. It is operated by an individual. The operator’s exact legal identification and required contact details need confirmation and approval before publication.
What data we may process
- Contact details you send to us by email or booking form.
- Hiring information you share with us about open roles or your team.
- Candidate information you voluntarily send to us as part of a recruitment process, including job application details, screening answers, resume links, LinkedIn URLs, and privacy consent records.
- Basic website analytics such as page path, timestamp, and referrer host.
- Consent choices about optional analytics stored in your browser.
- Admin authentication data processed through Supabase for secure access to the admin panel.
Why we process it
- To respond to employer and candidate enquiries.
- To deliver recruitment services and communicate about searches.
- To keep the admin area secure and restricted to approved users.
- To understand which public pages are used most often and improve the website when you allow optional analytics.
Analytics approach
We use a lightweight first-party analytics approach for public pages. We do not use advertising tracking scripts in this implementation.
Optional analytics focus on page views, referrer host, and selected business actions such as CTA clicks, contact-intent actions, job detail views, and apply clicks rather than building marketing profiles of visitors. They remain off until you allow them through the cookie preferences banner.
Third-party services
We currently rely on services such as Supabase for admin authentication and data storage, and Calendly when you choose to book a meeting.
Those services may process data according to their own terms and privacy notices. If you contact us by email, book a call through Calendly, or submit a public job application form on this site, your details may be processed for handling that enquiry or recruitment process.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data.

What still needs business and legal review
This website now includes a practical privacy baseline, but final legal review is still required for controller identity, required contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, processor list, and any international transfer wording that applies to your business operations.
Chief Hermes — Google Ads Research
Purpose and current status
Chief Hermes is TalentMinted’s private research and Google Ads campaign-planning tool. It is operated by an individual in Ukraine under the TalentMinted project name.
Chief Hermes is being prepared to use the Google Ads API / Keyword Planner to research historical keyword demand in European technology hiring markets.
The initial purpose of this research is to identify relevant keywords, countries and search demand so TalentMinted can improve its website structure and content. The research is also intended to support the planning of future Google Ads Search campaigns.
The Google Ads integration is not yet operational. No Google Ads OAuth authorization has been completed for this integration, and no Google Ads account data or historical keyword metrics have been retrieved through it.
Google Ads access and use
When activated, Chief Hermes will require authorization to access the operator’s Google Ads account.
Research requests will use selected keywords, countries, languages and market settings to retrieve aggregated historical keyword metrics through the Google Ads API / Keyword Planner.
The results will be used for internal market research, website and content planning, and preparation of future Google Ads Search campaigns.
Raw Google Ads metrics are not intended to be published publicly.
This Google Ads research workflow does not request access to Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Drive or Calendar.
Storage and sharing
Research results are intended to be stored only in a private local folder on the operator’s computer.
That folder is not intended to use automatic cloud synchronization or shared access.
Google Ads account data, raw metrics and derived research files are not intended to be transmitted to third-party AI services.
OAuth credentials and other technical authentication data will be handled separately from research-result files and must be secured and verified before the integration is activated.
Retention and deletion
Research files will be retained only for the period needed to complete the related research and follow-up work.
They are intended to be deleted manually after the study is completed and no later than 30 days after completion of that study.
Revoking Google authorization does not by itself delete information that has already been stored locally. Locally stored research files must be deleted separately under the process described above.
