TalentMinted supports startups and growing teams hiring across the EU, wider Europe, and selected searches in the USA.

The website currently presents the TalentMinted service brand. The final legal controller name, registered address, and any company registration details should be reviewed and added by the business owner before treating this page as final legal text.

What data we may process

• Contact details you send to us by email or booking form.
• Hiring information you share with us about open roles or your team.
• Candidate information you voluntarily send to us as part of a recruitment process, including job application details, screening answers, resume links, LinkedIn URLs, and privacy consent records.
• Basic website analytics such as page path, timestamp, and referrer host.
• Consent choices about optional analytics stored in your browser.
• Admin authentication data processed through Supabase for secure access to the admin panel.

Why we process it

• To respond to employer and candidate enquiries.
• To deliver recruitment services and communicate about searches.
• To keep the admin area secure and restricted to approved users.
• To understand which public pages are used most often and improve the website when you allow optional analytics.

Analytics approach

We use a lightweight first-party analytics approach for public pages. We do not use advertising tracking scripts in this implementation.

Optional analytics focus on page views, referrer host, and selected business actions such as CTA clicks, contact-intent actions, job detail views, and apply clicks rather than building marketing profiles of visitors. They remain off until you allow them through the cookie preferences banner.

Third-party services

We currently rely on services such as Supabase for admin authentication and data storage, and Calendly when you choose to book a meeting.

Those services may process data according to their own terms and privacy notices. If you contact us by email, book a call through Calendly, or submit a public job application form on this site, your details may be processed for handling that enquiry or recruitment process.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data.

What still needs business and legal review

This website now includes a practical privacy baseline, but final legal review is still required for controller identity, company address, lawful bases, retention periods, processor list, and any international transfer wording that applies to your business operations.
